What we’re looking for

We are a fast growing Gen-AI startup seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join our team in NY.

The CRO will play a pivotal role in driving our revenue growth by leading and optimizing our sales, marketing, and customer success departments. The CRO will be responsible for creating and implementing world class B2B processes. This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic, results-driven, executive to help take us to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue growth strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive performance and achieve revenue targets.
  • Implement and refine sales processes, strategies, and initiatives to maximize customer acquisition and retention.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the revenue departments.
  • Formulate, build, and execute a go-to-market strategy that includes branding, demand generation, sales and customer success
  • Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and track key performance metrics.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market reach.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Executive CRO or VP sales experience at a Seed to Series B stage startup
  • 5 + years in diverse leadership roles, driving and implementing strategic planning and revenue growth.
  • Experience managing managers and team leads.
  • Data-driven decision-making experience.
  • Inspirational leadership style and hands-on approach.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams that include product, marketing, sales, and customer success.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving startup environment.
