Hours: 8–10 hours per week

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically curious Customer Success Intern to support our Customer Success Operations team. In this role, you will become an expert in the Anyword platform and work closely with the Head of Customer Success to support enterprise-level clients with technical setup, implementation, and ongoing optimization.

This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience at the intersection of customer success, AI tools, and product development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and customize templates within the Anyword platform for enterprise customers
  • Set up and refine brand voice configurations
  • Create and manage A/B testing templates to support customer campaigns
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and R&D teams on technical operations
  • Identify, document, and clearly communicate platform bugs and issues
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve product functionality based on user experience

Qualifications

  • Native English speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • (Schooled in an English speaking country)
  • Technically savvy, with an interest in AI tools and platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Interest in Marketing is a plus
