Reporting to the Head of Product, Hiring platform, Spark Hire is seeking a passionate and driven Product Manager to join our team and contribute to the development and enhancement of our industry leading Talent Acquisition solutions. As part of your PM role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the execution of the product roadmap to deliver impactful features and experiences for recruiters, managers and candidates.


  • Collaborate with Senior Product Management to define and prioritize features and enhancements based on market trends, customer feedback and business objectives.
  • Conduct user research, analyze market trends, and gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to identify product requirements, detailed product specifications, and opportunities for improvement that solve real-world talent acquisition challenges.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into user stories, basic wireframes, and prototypes to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of features.
  • Own the product lifecycle for specified features through inception, product KPIs and metrics and overall development process.
  • Capture work from a wide range of inputs, understand and schedule work for teams to ensure most impactful features are prioritized.
  • Utilize data analytics to monitor product performance, track key metrics and derive actionable insights to drive product optimization and decision making.
  • Engage with customer support and success teams to gather customer feedback, address product issues and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

  • Product Knowledge: The ability to become a subject matter expert with a deep understanding of the product offering and competitive landscape to make informed decisions while driving innovation and delivering value to customers.

You might be a good fit:

  • 1+ years of experience as a product manager.
  • Experience working with SaaS B2B products.
  • Experience managing all aspects of a successful product throughout the entire product lifecycle from ideation to execution.
  • Ability to think creatively and analytically.
  • Passion for creating and building new products.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand technical information, architectures of complex web applications and software development processes.
  • Highly organized and self-driven individual who is a fast learner, empathetic and collaborative.
  • Fluent in English – both written and verbal are required.
  • Advantage to understand the Talent Acquisition market landscape and industry trends.
