The Opportunity
We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an energetic, can-do attitude and be part of a market category leader in a fast-paced startup with endless potential. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales individual who thrives on working independently and self-managing to deliver on targets.
With the support of a world class marketing team, this person will become a subject matter expert and evangelist of CyCognito's risk management platform within their region.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting into strategic business accounts via cold call, email, and social strategies
- Driving sales growth and pipelines by setting up qualified meetings for Regional Sales Managers
- Produce creative strategies for targeting decision-makers at prospect accounts
Qualifications
- 2+ years Sales Development experience
- Preferred experience with cybersecurity
- Demonstrated track record of over-achieving quota
- Experience in startup environments
- Experience with outreach such as cold calling and emailing
- Ability to navigate complicated organizations with many stakeholders and ability to hold a conversation at an executive level
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and to radiate positivity even while under pressure
- Enterprise tech stack proficiency: Salesforce, Outreach.io, LinkedIn/Sales Navigator, 6sense
- Located in EMEA Region
- Preferred, but not required: Bilingual - English and German
