As a Customer Success Engineer (CSE) at CyCognito, you will be responsible for technical adoption and integration of our platform with our customers. CSEs are technical experts with deep product knowledge that work with customers to support their efforts in adopting and integrating the CyCognito platform into their business and achieving their goals. CSEs work closely and support the Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and their portfolio of customers.

REQUIREMENTS

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex and diverse set of technical requirements across multiple customers.
  • Identify customers’ key technical requirements, including integration with specific workflows and processes associated with successful adoption of CyCognito platform.
  • Establish and build relationships with key technical customer teams and stakeholders.
  • Support the CSM team in successfully onboarding new customers as necessary.
  • Provide technical enablement of customer teams to help drive successful adoption.
  • Support regular cadence calls with CSM team as necessary to address technical issues.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence (future) product roadmaps.
  • Support demonstrating and positioning of platform to encourage upsell and cross-sell opportunities within (existing) customer accounts.
  • Achieve/exceed renewal targets, churn targets and CSAT/NPS targets.

Required Skills

  • 4+ years of experience in customer-facing role(s) ideally in a SaaS delivered model.
  • Experience in supporting multiple (complex) customer accounts.
  • Deep working knowledge and understanding of malware, exploits, operating systems.structures and their associated behavior.
  • Deep knowledge and experience in cybersecurity / intelligence / network security based tools and products including, but not limited to, SIEM systems, firewalls, IPSes, DNS, WAFs and cloud infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication skills, including English both written and oral.
  • Ability to solve problems, resourcefulness and independence.
  • Ability to manage multiple and complex projects, priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience and confidence in speaking in front of partners and major customers.
  • Located in US or Canada

Desired Skills

  • Experience in working with early-stage SaaS startups.
  • Experience in external communications including speaking engagements at security trade shows, written security blogs, etc.
