About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Commercial Sales Representative to support our growing business across EMEA. This is a home-based role, with the expectation that you can travel regularly to London and across EMEA to stay closely connected with our sales and partner ecosystem.
You will work a high volume of commercial opportunities end-to-end, sourced from both Channel Partners and Marketing-generated leads. You will collaborate with MSSPs, VARs, and other channel partners to progress and close deals through a joint sales motion. This role suits someone who enjoys moving quickly, staying highly organized, and becoming a trusted, responsive resource for partners and customers.
What You Will Do
Opportunity Management
- Manage a pipeline of commercial opportunities across EMEA from qualification through close.
- Work CyCognito-generated opportunities in partnership with channel teams to engage the right MSSP/VAR and drive a joint close.
- Support joint pipeline creation with partners by identifying, sourcing, and progressing partner-generated opportunities.
- Maintain momentum across multiple active deals through clear next steps, consistent follow-up, and strong ownership.
Partner and Channel Support
- Work with MSSPs, VARs, and channel partners to identify opportunities and support co-selling.
- Help partners with quoting, pricing support, and deal processing to keep transactions smooth and predictable.
- Deliver basic product overviews and enablement so partners can effectively position CyCognito’s platform.
- Build strong partner relationships through responsiveness, professionalism, and accuracy.
Sales Execution
- Run discovery calls, product demos, and follow-ups with a strong focus on clarity and customer outcomes.
- Use a consultative approach to understand customer needs and guide prospects through a straightforward buying cycle.
- Maintain disciplined CRM habits to ensure accurate forecasting, clear deal plans, and clean data.
Process and Operational Excellence
- Handle quoting and order processing with high precision and attention to detail.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, marketing, channel) to remove blockers and keep deals moving.
- Share feedback on partner needs, recurring deal patterns, and process improvements.
What You Bring
- 3 to 5 years of experience in inside sales, commercial sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Exposure to SaaS and/or cybersecurity is a must.
- Comfort with high activity and managing multiple deals and tasks concurrently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with partners and customers.
- Excellent organizational habits and attention to detail, especially around quoting and CRM hygiene.
- A curious mindset and desire to grow into a more senior sales role over time.
- High energy, proactive working style, and willingness to travel regularly.
