We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Performance Marketing Ops specialist to join our dynamic performance marketing team in Tel Aviv. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for operational processes that support our performance marketing efforts, ensuring seamless execution across various teams and platforms.
Here are a few of the things you will do:
- Define and implement operational processes for the performance marketing team, ensuring smooth collaboration between various stakeholders.
- Oversee the creation and management of performance marketing creatives, working closely with the creative department to ensure high-quality assets.
- Manage the development and implementation of landing pages for performance marketing campaigns, collaborating with relevant teams to optimize for conversions.
- Work cross-functionally with creative, data, growth, and data engineering departments to drive operational efficiency.
- Own the process of tracking implementation across multiple platforms, ensuring accurate measurement and reporting of marketing efforts.
Here is what is needed:
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing Ops roles from a global tech company.
- Strong understanding of various performance marketing channels and their operational needs.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- High level of proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to collaborate with teams in the United States and accommodate different time zones.
