What you'll be responsible for:
Strategic Leadership
- Build and lead the marketing organization in TLV & NYC - hire top talent, establish structure, and scale capabilities across all marketing functions.
- Define and execute HoneyBook’s end-to-end marketing strategy, tightly aligned with company growth and business objectives.
- Own cross-functional alignment between Marketing, Product, and CX to ensure a unified brand, product narrative, and customer journey.
- Develop frameworks and KPIs that measure how marketing directly impacts member acquisition, activation, and retention.
Growth & Demand Generation
- Own all aspects of growth marketing, including acquisition, lifecycle, and conversion funnels.
- Design and lead multi-channel campaigns (paid, organic, partnerships, content, social) that drive sustainable demand and user engagement.
- Implement a culture of experimentation- continuously test, learn, and optimize creative and analytical strategies.
- Use data to identify opportunities, define hypotheses, and iterate quickly on performance and ROI.
Brand & Storytelling
- Evolve HoneyBook’s brand voice and identity, ensuring a consistent, emotionally resonant story across all channels.
- Position HoneyBook as the go-to platform for independent business owners- through thought leadership, storytelling, and community engagement.
- Lead content, PR, and communications initiatives that strengthen awareness and differentiation in key markets.
Innovation & Enablement
- Integrate emerging marketing technologies, tools, and AI-driven capabilities to enhance creativity, efficiency, and impact.
- Champion marketing automation and personalization to create scalable, data-informed customer journeys.
- Build processes and systems that empower collaboration and speed- from campaign ideation to execution.
