We are looking for:
You, a dedicated Solution Manager in the Cement Industry, with a strong customer-centric focus. Your mission is to ensure customer success throughout the life of the account. Your primary responsibility will be to drive all aspects of delivering our technical solution: Imubit’s AI Optimizing Brain optimization software, which will boost the performance of our customers' processes. Therefore, your commitment to collaborative problem-solving, sophisticated design, and driving excellence during all stages of product delivery is essential. You will be part of a diverse, pioneering, and international team focused on delivering industrial optimization digital solutions supporting business outcomes through innovation, transformation, and the use of new technologies. In this position, you will:

Pre-Sales & Exploration
- Partner with Business Consulting, Sales, and prospects to align Imubit’s solutions with client value drivers.
- Scope future vision and rapidly model proof points to demonstrate value.
- Build and evaluate Deep Learning models using process operations expertise.
- Support sales efforts with technical consulting, materials, and presentations.
- Represent Imubit’s credibility and expertise to prospective clients.
- Engage customers for a smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation.
- Discover, document, and align Imubit’s solutions with customer business needs.
Project Execution & Implementation
- Lead expert teams to deliver AI optimization solutions and ensure business value.
- Own execution aspects, driving alignment between customers and Imubit teams.
- Plan and lead major customer meetings, from kickoff to continuous improvement.
- Train customers on Imubit’s technology and how it integrates into their workflow.
- Act as a trusted advisor to plant operators, engineers, and management.
- Provide stakeholders with updates on project status, risks, and blockers.
- Make key technical decisions and deploy solutions at industrial sites globally.
Post-Execution & Account Maintenance
- Continuously evaluate and retrain AI models to maintain performance.
- Drive customer success, satisfaction, and subscription renewals.
- Identify expansion opportunities in collaboration with Sales and Business Consulting.
- Gather customer insights to inform product development and roadmap.
- Address risks and propose strategy adjustments to ensure ongoing value delivery.
General Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of cement industry customers and their needs.
- Implement best practices and quality standards for successful solution deployment.
- Work closely with leadership to drive company growth and innovation.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- BSc degree in related engineering disciplines such as Chemical or Electronics Eng. / Process Control / Computer Science or equivalent professional experience. (Master's degree a plus)
- 4+ years of experience implementing Advanced Process Control and Optimization for Cement (preferred) or related similar processes.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%, with the potential for extended travel up to 50% as needed.
- English language proficiency
Preferred Skills:
- Deep knowledge and track record of client-facing, hands-on experience in Advanced Process Optimization projects.
- Thorough knowledge of Cement industrial processes and experience working with plant operations personnel.
- Demonstrated success leading projects and implementations, managing project relationships from a domain and/or technical standpoint.
- Deep familiarity with and experience applying standard project management methodologies and processes with the ability to right-size the engagement to drive speed with quality.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts and report concisely at the desired level for various stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure consistently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines, all while staying positive to reach a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Adept at knowledge transfer to team members & coaching skills.
- Highly resourceful and able to solve problems using a limited toolset when required.
- Highly motivated to take on tough challenges and skeptics with a positive attitude.
- Keeps an optimistic outlook with strong leadership and team-player qualities.

- Practical exposure to ML / AI concepts, platforms, algorithms, and deployment methods.
- Sales engineering experience is a plus.
