At Imubit, we’re not just optimizing industrial processes—we’re redefining how entire industries operate. As the pioneer of Closed Loop AI Optimization (AIO), we are leading the charge in transforming refining, chemical, cement, and mineral mining plants with AI-driven automation. Our Optimizing Brain™ Solution puts the power of AI directly into the hands of engineers, enabling them to build and deploy their own multipurpose models to unlock new levels of efficiency, profitability, and sustainability.

Seven of the top ten U.S. refiners trust Imubit, with our solution deployed in over 90 high-value applications, delivering real-time process optimization that drives margins, reduces emissions, and builds the AI-savvy workforce of the future. Our mission is simple but bold: helping the world’s leading industrial companies solve their most complex challenges, maximize long-term profitability, and future-proof their operations in an era of rapid change. If you’re ready to push boundaries and shape the future of industrial intelligence, now’s the time to join us.

We are looking for:

You, a dedicated Solution Manager, with a strong customer-centric focus. The Solution Manager’s mission is to meet the customer success criteria as defined by the AE and ensure customer retention (subscription renewal). A team leader to partner with the Account Executive to own all aspects of execution necessary to deliver the value the customer desires, in the way they want it delivered and enable them to realize that value. If the Account Executive is the “CEO” of the account, this position is the “COO” and will stay with the customer for the life of the account. The ideal candidate has natural project management intuition and combines that with complementary skills in an industry vertical (refining, cement, mining or in similar industrial manufacturing domains) and/or technology. These deep and broad skills will give this individual a 360-degree understanding of the customer and their business needs. This understanding will allow them to drive internal technology implementation decisions that execute the strategy set forth by the customer and account executive. This individual aspires to be on a pioneering, fast-evolving team that works closely with customers to solve their difficult problems and provide them with value-based results. You are self-motivated and love learning new technological and scientific disciplines. You recognize a once-in-a-career opportunity and seize it.

In this position, you will:

  • Partner with the Account Executive to execute the account strategies, ensure alignment with evolving customer success criteria, drive subscription renewals and customer satisfaction with Imubit’s solutions.
  • Work closely with Business Consulting, starting in pre-sales while engaging with the customer to ensure a smooth transition into post-sales. Business Consulting pulls Solution Manager into Land Opportunities starting at value alignment in the Go-No-Go phase.
  • Leverage the pre-sales deliverables developed by BC to improve alignment with customer personas as early as possible in the engagement.
  • Constantly recalibrate with the customer and account executive to ensure alignment on success criteria and provide stakeholders with accurate, frequent information about the success criteria status, risks and blockers.
  • Make key decisions regarding technology implementation that impact the customer.
  • Lead a team of experts to deliver world-class, industry-specific, closed-loop AI Optimization technology to achieve the customer’s objective.
  • Accountable, if not responsible, for all execution aspects of the account.
  • Leverage a deep understanding of the customer's process to position yourself as a credible, trusted advisor to plant operators, engineers and management.
  • Understand the customer’s problems to be solved through Imubit’s technology, while guiding them through the Imubit journey, executing the strategy, and achieving the defined success criteria.
  • Understand the vision and “Why” of the account and opportunity, escalating risks, obstacles and technology limitations to the Account Executive, along with proposals for how to pivot and recalibrate to the strategy in order to stay aligned with the vision while driving to the success criteria.
  • Explore, discover, and drive all forms of value extraction from Imubit, including new Imubit use cases, partial models (Inferentials and DLPs) within the customer’s scope. Collaborate closely with Account Executive and Business Consulting on out-of-scope opportunities.
  • Evaluate, implement and retrain Imubit’s deep learning models to maintain performance and engagement.
  • Drive innovation and novelty, hands-on or via other team members, by developing advanced and customized applications using Imubit technology and, potentially external tools like LLMs and platform APIs, to better serve the customers.
  • Work closely with customer teams, both remotely and on-site, to leverage their data, knowledge, and strategies to explore the process and its economic drivers.
  • Facilitate a strong partnership between the customer Planning and Economics (P&E) team and Imubit Economic Engineering, to drive P&E alignment with the Imubit applications and ownership over value assessment.
  • Responsible for planning all major customer meetings from kickoff, detailed design, reviews, commissioning, and ongoing continuous improvement.
  • Develop an understanding of Imubit’s product usage patterns to help shape its future roadmap in collaboration with algorithm, software and product teams.
  • Demonstrate and explain Imubit's technology to customers, training all customer persona types on the technology, how it fits into their day-to-day workflow, and how value can be extracted from it across the site, as well as what the technology limitations and risks are in the context of customer operations.
