We are looking for:

You, a Web Experience and Creative Services Manager, part of the Global Marketing team, playing a key role in delivering a consistent brand experience and shaping how our brand connects with prospects and customers as leaders in a new category of AI Technology for process optimization. You'll report to the VP of Marketing and work closely with our Campaign Manager and Product Marketing team; this role will combine website management, creative asset development, and digital optimization to enhance our online presence and buyer’s journey. This will be a unique opportunity to shape and grow the digital brand presence of an innovative technology company in a collaborative work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and learning.

In this position, you will:

Website Management

  • Oversee and maintain website functionality, ensuring a seamless user experience and alignment with brand standards.
  • Implement regular updates, page optimizations, and enhancements to support campaign objectives and maximize engagement.
  • Coordinate website changes and improvements, utilizing CMS tools, Google Tag Manager, and collaborating with outsourced developers as needed.
  • Design and implement digital pathways that guide prospects through a conversion-focused journey, applying UX/UI best practices.
  • Conduct A/B testing on website elements and landing pages to continually improve user experience and conversion rates.
  • Track user interactions to identify opportunities for improving the user experience and removing friction points.
  • Apply on-page SEO best practices to improve site visibility and search rankings, driving organic traffic growth.
  • Define, report, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to website traffic, engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates, using tools such as Google Analytics.

Creative Services

  • Develop and produce creative assets, including website promotions and UI design, presentations, event and booth graphics, digital ads, collateral design, videos, and webinar-editing, to drive brand awareness and deepen target audience engagement.
  • Source and project manage freelance designers and agencies as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency across channels and support campaign and event objectives.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and internal stakeholders to ensure brand messaging is cohesive and resonates across all customer touchpoints.
  • Utilize tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and similar design platforms to create visually compelling and on-brand materials.

Content Strategy & Optimization

  • Work with the content team to manage and optimize content updates, blog posts, and landing pages that align with marketing goals.
  • Leverage CRM data to personalize website experiences, ensuring the buyer’s journey is relevant and engaging for returning visitors.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Web Design, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in website management, design of marketing assets for programs, and B2B digital marketing.
  • Proficiency with CMS platforms, HubSpot, SEO best practices, and tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and experience with A/B testing tools.
  • Data-driven, with a focus on tracking and reporting website and program KPIs.
  • Excellent project management skills, with an ability to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptable, self-motivated, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
