TL;DR:

We’re looking for a strategic, systems-minded Director of Revenue Operations to own our GTM infrastructure, forecasting engine, and data intelligence across the full revenue funnel. This role is ideal for a RevOps leader who thrives at the intersection of analytics, enablement, and execution—and wants to help scale a high-performing GTM org with AI at its core.

You’ll operationalize our funnel metrics, make forecasting and performance insights actionable, and build infrastructure that lets sellers sell—without drowning in CRM busywork. From surfacing real-time playbook guidance to shaping our AI-first tech stack, this role is about building leverage across sales, marketing, and customer success. If you’ve led complex GTM systems, delivered high-impact dashboards from boardroom to BDR, and know how to make RevOps a strategic multiplier—not a reactive service desk—we want to talk to you.

This role is open to remote candidates in North America

About us:

At Imubit, we’re not just optimizing industrial processes—we’re redefining how entire industries operate. As the pioneer of Closed Loop AI Optimization (AIO), we are leading the charge in transforming refining, chemical, cement, and mineral mining plants with AI-driven automation. Our Optimizing Brain™ Solution puts the power of AI directly into the hands of engineers, enabling them to build and deploy their own multipurpose models to unlock new levels of efficiency, profitability, and sustainability.

Seven of the top ten U.S. refiners trust Imubit, with our solution deployed in over 90 high-value applications, delivering real-time process optimization that drives margins, reduces emissions, and builds the AI-savvy workforce of the future. Co-founded by a Google Fellow and award-winning data scientist, Imubit brings together domain experts from industry leaders like Exxon, Shell, Holcim, and FLSmidth. Backed by tier-1 venture capital firms such as Insight Partners and Alpha Wave, we are setting a new standard for industrial AI.

Our mission is simple but bold: helping the world’s leading industrial companies solve their most complex challenges, maximize long-term profitability, and future-proof their operations in an era of rapid change. If you’re ready to push boundaries and shape the future of industrial intelligence, now’s the time to join us.

We are looking for:

You, a strategic operator, systems architect, and AI-native thinker. You lead with data, build with scale in mind, and always look for ways to automate the manual and surface the meaningful. You believe RevOps isn’t just about reporting—it’s about driving action through intelligent systems and making the GTM engine smarter every day. You’re obsessed with helping sellers, marketers, and CS teams do more with less friction, and you see AI as a core enabler—not a bolt-on.

You’ve built and owned CRM ecosystems, led forecasting and funnel analytics, and operationalized the metrics that matter—from first touch to expansion. You think like a product manager when building dashboards or workflows, and you understand how to turn messy GTM processes into streamlined, insight-driven engines. You’re comfortable managing and mentoring technical RevOps talent, with the ability to assess gaps, build team capacity, and drive clarity across operations.

Now, you’re ready to build the RevOps center of excellence at Imubit, and bring our vision to life with a modern, AI-powered GTM stack that scales.

In this position, you will:

  • Own and operationalize Imubit’s GTM analytics infrastructure—forecasting, funnel metrics, and KPIs that drive accountability across Sales, Marketing, and Delivery
  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks consumable by individual contributors, GTM leaders, executives, and board stakeholders—focused on action, not just visibility
  • Enable forward-looking insight through proactive trend analysis, helping GTM leadership anticipate risks and opportunities before they manifest in results
  • Own and evolve deal desk operations—supporting complex enterprise deal structuring, pricing approvals, and non-standard terms to streamline and accelerate high-value transactions
  • Serve as the architect of our Salesforce CRM and connected systems—minimizing manual entry for sellers while delivering real-time, contextual insights that guide live conversations
  • Assess, manage, and optimize internal RevOps resources—including oversight of Salesforce administration and technical support (initial team of 3, with potential to scale in 2026)
  • Operationalize enablement playbooks directly into systems and workflows—leveraging content, triggers, and AI to surface the right guidance at the right time during live selling interactions
  • Build AI-powered RevOps tools, including custom GPTs, that evolve from automation to intelligent routing, seller enablement, and real-time personalized messaging
  • Define and track customer health KPIs aligned with Delivery Services—supporting successful go-lives, product adoption, and long-term commercial value
  • Ensure consistent application and operational enforcement of the MEDDPICC methodology across sales processes, from qualification through forecast governance
  • Shape and scale the RevOps tech stack with a native AI mindset—leveraging platforms like Salesforce, Slack Elevate, Apollo, Clay, and RevIntelligence to increase GTM leverage
  • Create a transparent, evolving RevOps roadmap—prioritizing cross-functional needs and enabling the GTM team to understand what’s being built and why
  • Partner with finance and GTM leadership on capacity planning, territory modeling, segmentation, and strategic org design
  • Lead cross-functional operational initiatives that align Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and Delivery, eliminate friction, and scale our go-to-market execution with speed and precision

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, or related field required
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification or equivalent experience strongly preferred
  • Additional certifications in RevOps, AI/ML in business, or GTM tooling (e.g., HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, etc.) are a plus
  • 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Systems leadership roles within B2B environments
  • Deep experience operating in complex enterprise sales motions with long deal cycles and multiple stakeholders
  • Experience leading or partnering closely with Deal Desk functions in complex B2B or enterprise sales environments
  • Exposure to Marketing Operations—particularly around sales and marketing alignment, attribution reporting, and lead lifecycle management—is a plus
  • Proven track record owning end-to-end GTM analytics, forecasting models, and KPI frameworks
  • Hands-on experience designing, building, and scaling Salesforce CRM and integrated GTM tech stacks
  • Demonstrated success embedding enablement playbooks into operational workflows and tooling
  • Experience leveraging AI technologies—such as GPTs, real-time copilots, and predictive routing—to improve GTM performance
  • Background in leading cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and Enablement
  • Familiarity with enterprise SaaS, industrial technology, or capital-intensive industries is a strong plus
  • Proven ability to enforce and operationalize sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC) across pipeline stages, CRM workflows, and dashboard reporting
  • Proven ability to translate insights into real-time seller enablement through automation, dashboards, and AI-powered guidance
  • Analytical and data-driven, with advanced skills in creating actionable dashboards and reports for multiple stakeholder levels
  • Highly organized with excellent project management, prioritization, and communication skills

Character Traits:

  • Operational Visionary: You see around corners and architect systems that scale with the business
  • Precision-Driven: You build with accuracy, consistency, and a high standard of quality and clarity
  • Collaborative Builder: You elevate cross-functional work by bringing structure, insight, and momentum
  • Proactive Executor: You move fast, solve problems with urgency, and follow through without hand-holding
  • AI-Forward Thinker: You challenge traditional RevOps playbooks and find leverage in emerging technologies
