We are looking for:
The Portfolio Director, Europe + Expansion will lead account teams across the European region to maximize the value delivered to customers through the Imubit platform. This role ensures that all accounts are strategically managed for success through operational excellence, effective collaboration, and exceptional client engagement.
The Portfolio Director will directly oversee multiple account delivery teams and, in partnership with the VP of Global Delivery, provide coaching and mentorship to regional Portfolio Managers while supporting regional Sales Account Executives. Acting as a key escalation point for Portfolio Managers and Account Executives, the Portfolio Director will drive alignment, accountability, and client satisfaction across the portfolio.
In addition, this role will support the VP of Global Delivery in advancing Imubit’s global growth strategy, contributing to expansion initiatives in the Middle East, Africa (MEA), and Asia-Pacific (APAC) regions.

In this role, you will:
- Regional Leadership & Mentorship: Serve as the most senior Delivery Team leader in Europe, providing hands-on coaching and mentorship to Delivery Team members and leaders. Act as the primary regional escalation point, ensuring alignment, accountability, and operational excellence across all delivery functions.
- Team Management & Delivery Excellence: Directly manage multiple delivery account teams composed of Solution Managers, Implementation Engineers, and Systems Integration Engineers. Ensure these teams deliver exceptional project outcomes while building trusted, strategic partnerships with customers grounded in enthusiasm, reliability, and measurable impact.
- Coaching & Talent Development: Coach and develop junior Portfolio Managers overseeing other accounts and implementations, fostering a culture of high performance and strong customer advocacy.
- Operational Improvement & Effectiveness: In partnership with the Delivery Excellence and Enablement (DE&E) team, proactively identify gaps in delivery effectiveness and develop both short- and long-term strategies to address them.
- Scaling Global Delivery: Collaborate with the VP of Global Delivery and DE&E to create scalable delivery frameworks and delivery partnerships that maximize customer value and operational efficiency across the global organization.
- Customer Success & Retention: Oversee the creation and execution of operational account plans that drive renewals, prevent churn, and identify expansion opportunities in partnership with Sales.
- Strategic Initiatives & Alignment: Lead and participate in key initiatives that advance Imubit’s strategic objectives, including:
- Aligning operational account plans with strategic account goals.
- Driving Digital Transformation through Coordinated Operating Strategies.
- Delivering value early and continuously through GenAI innovations.
- Promoting platform adoption by evolving toward a Product Leadership Value Discipline.
- Business Outcome Valuation: Partner with the VP of Global Delivery, Head of BCE, Sales, and Economic Engineering to evolve Imubit’s approach to economic valuation—transitioning toward business outcome–based metrics and insights.
- Product-Led Operations: Collaborate with Global Delivery, Product, and R&D teams to strengthen Imubit’s Product-Led operating model, enabling customer self-modeling and driving deeper platform adoption.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Partnerships: Work cross-functionally to support and advance Delivery Team contributions to strategic partnerships and ecosystem enablement initiatives within Europe.
- Strategic Workforce Planning: Partner with Portfolio Leads, the VP of Global Delivery, DE&E, CRO, and CFO to develop forward-looking staffing plans that balance customer value creation, capability development, cost efficiency, and global growth objectives.
- Value Stream Optimization: Collaborate with Portfolio Leads, the VP of Global Delivery, and Sales to enhance portfolio alignment with value streams, ensuring delivery teams contribute effectively to customer and company success.
- Global Expansion Support: Assist and directly support Imubit’s expansion efforts into the Middle East, Africa (MEA) and Asia-Pacific (APAC) regions, contributing to regional strategy and execution planning.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Computer Science, or Business.
- 10+ years consulting, customer success, or similar customer-facing experience with teams implementing software and/or AI solutions.
- 10+ years managing projects and programs.
- 5+ years managing professional services teams.
- 5+ years serving as a hands-on, technical project manager.
- 5+ years directly managing people, enhancing performance through personal development.
- Proven track record of learning quickly and continuously.
- Background in chemical engineering or process engineering, with economic engineering expertise. (Preferred)
- Experience working with plant operations and process control personnel. (Preferred)
