Role Overview
We are seeking a Channel Manager to drive the commercial expansion of an innovative cybersecurity software solution targeting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in USA, Canada & Latam. The ideal candidate will structure and manage our network of channel partners, fostering sustainable growth and increasing market presence nationally. Prior experience managing channel partners and/or franchise operations within software solutions aimed at SMEs is required. Knowledge of cybersecurity, franchise creation or management experience, international experience, and speaking Spanish are a significant advantage.
This position will work from home and require travel from time to time. The ideal candidate will be located in New York or Florida. However, we are open to considering applicants from other areas.
Key Responsibilities
The selected professional will develop and implement channel strategies that accelerate sales growth for our cybersecurity solution, particularly in the SME segment. You will actively recruit, train, manage, and support commercial partners, franchisees, or distributors throughout the USA, Canada & Latin America, ensuring high quality and consistent solution delivery.
- Structure and manage the channel partner program to drive SME sales
- Identify, prospect, and negotiate strategic partnerships, franchisees, and distributors
- Continuously train partners to ensure excellence in solution delivery and end-customer satisfaction
- Establish and monitor clear sales targets and performance metrics for channel partners
- Develop commercial policies, incentive plans, and strategies for partner retention and network expansion
- Monitor market and competitive landscape to adjust strategies and maximize commercial opportunities
Requirements
- Proven experience managing reseller or distribution channels for software solutions targeting SMEs.
- Demonstrated success in expanding commercial networks and building strategic partnerships.
- Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities to implement strategic management based on clear metrics and results.
- Preferred Qualifications (Competitive Advantages):
- Previous experience or knowledge in cybersecurity solutions.
- Experience creating, implementing, or managing franchise networks.
- Advanced proficiency or fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
