What are we looking for?

SentinelOne is seeking an Enterprise Strategic Sales Rep - Data Platform, who displays a deep passion for and proven track record of strategic business planning and development. You will have the responsibility with managing and developing SentinelOne Data Platform products to a list of named strategic accounts as well as various partner led solution channels. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to design and implement successful Lead Generation, Go-to-Market campaigns and targeted account plans to drive sales growth in a competitive market.

Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of selling complex technology solutions to large enterprises and will have experience selling cross functionally to organizations with many stakeholders. Prior experience selling data products (such as log analytics, data warehouses, observability, XDR, ETL and BI products).

As an Enterprise Sales Representative, you will be tasked with building out a direct sales channel as well as various partner led solution channels including managed security services. Work closely with the marketing and product teams to design and implement successful Lead Generation and Go-to-Market campaigns, and drive overall sales excellence in a competitive market.

Ideal candidates will have prior experience selling data products (such as log analytics, data warehouses, ETL and BI products).

What skills and knowledge will you bring?

  • BS technical degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of above-quota sales experience, preferably as a Named Account Regional Sales Executive/Manager selling data and analytics products
  • Deep knowledge of current data solutions (Splunk, Elasticsearch, Snowflake, etc)
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, both internally and externally. Ability to engage with a variety of technical and business leaders.
  • Enterprise sales experience with an actionable Rolodex of decision makers in the engineering organization
  • Superb organizational and reporting skills
  • Experience with growing the sales enablement function to support sales in a rapidly evolving and competitive marketplace
  • "Whatever it takes" attitude and motivation to deliver above-quota performance
  • Prior startup experience
  • Experience working with channel partners and a strong understanding of a channel-centric GTM approaches
  • Smart, funny, technical, passionate about data!

This U.S. role has a base pay range plus commissions that will vary based on the location of the candidate. For some locations, a different pay range may apply. If so, this range will be provided to you during the recruiting process. You can also reach out to the recruiter with any questions.
Base Salary Range
$116,000$159,500 USD
