What are we looking for?

SentinelOne is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator who knows a thing or two about taking care of people. As someone who is unwavering in their pursuit of helping others and improving the candidate experience, you’ll use your exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills to help us build an exceptional candidate experience and work culture across the International region.

You’ll be chartered with delivering an exceptional candidate experience through communication, systems, and programs. The right person for this role is detail-obsessed, thoughtful, energetic and creative, and thrives in a collaborative, rapidly evolving environment.

What will you do?

You will be responsible for supporting the operational effectiveness of our EMEA & APJ TA Teams. You’ll facilitate and contribute to a variety of people-related processes and programs including recruiting, events, employee communication, and new hire onboarding.

  • Support recruiting efforts through coordination of candidate interviews and recruiting events for a high volume of candidates
  • Work closely with sourcers, recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, and leadership across the company to help us hire phenomenal talent
  • Create and own candidate experience programs and projects
  • Facilitate employee referral program campaigns
  • Provide high-touch service as the first point of contact for general employee questions about people systems, processes, etc
  • Create a positive new hire experience by driving 'pre-hire' communication and engagement
  • Conduct or assist with audits and mandatory reports and compliance reviews
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What experience and skills should you bring?

  • 1+ years HR and/or recruiting coordination experience, tech industry experience a plus
  • Experience with data entry and use of HRIS systems and/or Applicant Tracking Systems, Greenhouse ATS experience a plus
  • Solid experience with the Google suite of applications
  • Exceptional customer service skills and proven ability to perform in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a track record of accuracy and organization
  • Ability to work with ambiguity, problem-solving, and take initiative
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to handle sensitive matters with tact and diplomacy
  • Self-starter and fast-learner requiring minimal direction
  • Ability to work cross functionally with all levels of the organization as well as Executive Assistants for interview/debrief scheduling
