What are we looking for?

SentinelOne seeks a Sales Operations Analyst to support the Data Governance framework and all related tasks in the GTM strategy as we expand and be part of a transforming organization. This role will manage the day-to-day tasks and programs related to Sales Data Governance, as well as getting involved in larger sales initiatives and projects that impacts our process, systems, and data as they are critical to the success of the Sales organization.

What will you do?

  • Maintain the global data governance framework for Salesforce and process to ensure regional operations run smoothly through our Master Data Management Plan
  • Lead effective data management and data governance practices related to Salesforce Account data and related objects
  • Assist in balancing immediate results while driving towards a strategic long-term data governance roadmap
  • Analyze data and leverage insights to identify problems, effectively incorporate improvements and track success
  • Assist in establishing and formally documenting best practices and standards for the Sales Operations team
  • Maintains and performs data admin actions (e.g. duplicate merging, ownership changes, record alignments & migrations, scrubbing, etc.)
  • Assists with the Sales Operations support queue to act as frontline support to our Sales teams
  • Maintaining and improving the Salesforce data dictionary for key stakeholders in the Revenue Operations organization
  • Work together with the data scientist in Revenue Operations to create a framework for organizing data needs to be accessible and consumable format for reporting needs
  • Systematically clean and transform Salesforce data to enhance our data source of truth usability for stakeholders across the business

What skills and knowledge should you bring?

  • Bachelor degree preferred
  • 2-4 years in a data analyst or sales operations role
  • Comfortable working with GSuite and PowerPoint presentations
  • Experience with Master Data Management, Data Governance, Data Operations, Data quality measurements and Data Stewardship
  • Comfortable working with Excel pivot tables, lookups and fuzzy lookups
  • Strong creative problem-solving abilities
  • Results-driven, self motivated and able to multitask
  • Organized, with excellent attention to detail, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Salesforce Power User - you can pull reports and create actionable dashboards and insights with ease while thinking strategically about data integrity
  • Familiarity with Salesforce structures including Account, Lead, Contact, and association/territory models
  • Data Ownership - you love diving into data and numbers, QAing, and discussing results
