About the Position

As Stampli’s Revenue Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in both our contract and billing management processes. You will frequently collaborate cross-functionally, mainly with our Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Business Intelligence teams. You will report directly to the VP of Revenue Operations. 

This is a hybrid role based out of either our Mountain View, CA office, with 2 days per week in-office. 

Responsibilities

-Partner with Revenue Operations to ensure data accuracy in CRM. This will include but is not limited to managing cross-functional teams to establish consistent definitions to process and interdepartmental information collection and sharing.

-Work with Sales, Finance and Revenue Operations leadership to establish robust rules of engagement to govern sales processes and eliminate friction between the sales, customer success and product organizations.

-Partner closely with sales, customer success and finance leadership to implement scalable, repeatable, data driven processes based on industry best practices around deal desk operations

-Facilitate successful implementation and adoption of new processes within the sales and finance organization. Foster an ecosystem of continuous process improvement.

-Partner with the Finance team to ensure customer deal desk agreements translate to sales orders and other customer agreements

-Work with sales leaderships to review and identify key insights into the sales and finance process 

-Assist sales enablement with the focus on compressing new hire ramp time, improving overall sales productivity, and ensuring sales process consistency and efficiency.

-Partner with Business Intelligence team to develop dashboards and reports leveraging existing technologies such as Hubspot and Qlik to ensure forecasting and reporting efforts are appropriately integrated with other planning processes within the company.

-Work with Sales Leadership, Finance, and Operations to design sales quota and compensation incentive programs, and ongoing governance, that tie to company objectives, motivate our sales team to sell, and rewards them for doing so.

You will need:

-Bachelor’s Degree

-2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Finance Operations & Strategy or similar capacity for a SaaS or Fintech company and/or a foundational skill set in finance, financial services, or an analytical sales finance role

-A proven track record in driving operational efficiency, sales reporting, and data analysis

-Experience presenting to executives is a plus

-Experience interacting and collaborating with cross-functional teams

-Demonstrated ability to solve problems and provide analytical support

-Flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities

-Eagerness to learn and an extreme capacity for attention to detail
