About The Position:

Join us as the Director of Partner Development at Stampli, where you will be a key member of our sales leadership, dedicated to cultivating strategic partnerships and alliances. In this role, you will drive significant revenue growth by expertly navigating our partnership ecosystem, building strong relationships, and optimizing Stampli's partner engagement.

As Director, you will:

  • Refine and expand Stampli’s Partner Referral Program to align seamlessly with our strategic business objectives.
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key partners, including ERP solutions and CPA firms, to enhance partner referrals and create impactful opportunities.
  • Coordinate closely with our Partnership Account Executive team to maximize partnership outcomes.
  • Provide regular analytics and reports to the executive team, offering insights into how partnerships contribute to Stampli’s overall business success.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years in partner/alliance and business development roles, with direct involvement in Stampli’s ecosystem (ERPs, accounting firms).
  • A proven track record in developing and managing successful partner programs within the SaaS industry.
  • A deep understanding of the technology landscape and a sharp ability to identify strategic partnership opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels; proven expertise in relationship building.
  • A results-driven mindset focused on achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
