Description

Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic FP&A Analyst to join our finance team in Israel. The FP&A Analyst will be responsible for assisting with financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Budgeting and Forecasting - Assist in creating and managing the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
  • Financial Modeling - Build and refine complex financial models to support business planning and new initiatives.
  • Data Analysis - Collect and analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and insights that drive strategic decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with various teams to gather and analyze relevant financial information.
  • Reporting - Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and management dashboards.
  • Ad-Hoc Analysis - Provide timely and accurate financial analyses to support decision-making for special projects and strategic initiatives.

Process Improvement - Continuously seek ways to streamline financial processes and improve data accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree Economics, Finance or a related field.
  • 3-5 years in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications.
  • Ability to think critically and analyze complex data sets
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
