About The Position
The Onboarding Facilitator is a key contributor to the success of Stampli’s sales and customer-facing teams by delivering engaging and effective onboarding programs. This role focuses on ensuring new hires are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to excel in their roles. Combining expertise in facilitation, product training, and adult learning principles, the Onboarding Facilitator will deliver in-person and virtual training programs that align with Stampli’s growth and performance goals.
What you will do:
- Facilitate onboarding programs for new SDRs, Sales Executives, and Customer Success team members both in-person and online.
- Deliver training on product knowledge, sales processes, and business functions to prepare new hires for success.
- Conduct role-playing exercises and simulations to reinforce sales skills and techniques.
- Assess new hires’ readiness through evaluations, on-the-job assessments, and coaching.
- Collaborate with managers to ensure smooth transitions for new hires from onboarding to their teams.
- Conduct sales training sessions and workshops using adult learning principles and interactive activities to maximize engagement and knowledge retention.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through surveys, assessments, and feedback from participants and stakeholders.
- Propose continuous improvements to the onboarding curriculum based on data and insights.
- Stay updated on the latest training methods, enablement techniques, and tools to improve delivery and outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of onboarding materials, ensuring alignment with company goals and team needs.
- Leverage training tools and platforms to enhance learning experiences.
- Utilize knowledge of HubSpot, 6sense Gong, Zoom and other sales enablement tools (preferred but not required).
What you will need:
- 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, onboarding, or training/teaching, ideally within tech or SaaS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
- Experience delivering product training as part of onboarding programs.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and interactive training techniques.
- Ability to assess training readiness and provide constructive coaching.
- Experience conducting role-plays and simulations to build confidence and reinforce skills.
