Description

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Product Analyst to build and lead Product Analytics at Stampli. In this role, you will define and analyze key product KPIs to measure adoption and engagement, providing actionable insights that drive data-informed decision-making. Your work will directly empower Product Managers and AI teams to optimize product performance and enhance AI-driven features.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize Product Growth – Identify friction points in the user experience and recommend data-driven improvements to increase feature adoption.
  • Monitor and Improve New Features – Track early adoption, user interactions, and performance metrics to refine product offerings.
  • Define and Track Key Metrics – Collaborate with Product Managers to set meaningful KPIs, measure impact, and suggest enhancements.
  • Enhance Product Analytics Processes – Work closely with BI & DWH team to improve dashboards, reporting and analysis process to ensure agile and accurate insights for continuous platform optimization.
  • Collaborate Across Teams – Work with Product Managers, Data Engineers, Software Developers, and AI experts to drive platform improvements and innovation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or Data Analyst.
  • Strong SQL proficiency and ability to extract actionable insights from large datasets.
  • Deep understanding of business processes, with hands-on experience in procure-to-pay (P2P) processes (preferred).
  • Product mindset and experience working in product-driven teams (a plus).
  • Experience working with data science teams to analyze and improve AI-driven products (preferred).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
