Senior People Operations Partner

  • People & Operations
  • Nashville, TN

Description

We’re looking for a systems-minded Senior People Operations Partner to help build and scale the people infrastructure that will support Stampli’s next stage of growth.

The right person is equal parts builder, operator, and strategic problem-solver. You bring clarity to complexity, structure to ambiguity, and a bias for scalable execution. You’re comfortable challenging legacy ways of working, leveraging technology, data, and AI to improve how People Operations runs, and building systems that can support a high-performing global organization. You’re proactive, resourceful, and energized by the opportunity to create the operational backbone that enables people, teams, and the business to scale effectively.

In this role, you’ll play a critical part in strengthening the employee lifecycle across onboarding, HR operations, compliance, systems, and people programs. You’ll partner closely with leaders across the business to design, optimize, and operationalize the processes, tools, and experiences that help our teams move faster, work smarter, and perform at their best.

What You Will Do

  • Own and continuously improve the employee experience from onboarding through offboarding, with an initial focus on our U.S. workforce while helping prepare processes for future global scale.
  • Drive day-to-day People Operations execution, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and a seamless employee experience across the U.S. employee population.
  • Serve as the primary owner of HR systems, including BambooHR and other People technology platforms. Maintain accurate employee data, establish governance standards, and ensure data integrity across systems.
  • Evaluate existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement scalable solutions through process improvements, automation, and AI-enabled tools.
  • Partner with leadership to maintain compliance across employment regulations, HR policies, audit requirements, and internal controls while ensuring documentation remains accurate and audit-ready.
  • Develop and maintain People Operations reporting, analyze workforce data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that support business decisions and employee experience initiatives.
  • Support and evolve onboarding programs, employee feedback initiatives, performance management frameworks, and broader People programs designed to improve engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate closely with Recruiting, Finance, Business Systems, and GTM leaders to support organizational growth, operational excellence, and strategic People initiatives.

What You Will Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in People / HR Operations, Business Operations, or a related HR function.
  • A resourceful, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • An AI-forward mindset with direct experience implementing AI or automation solutions to scale, improve workflows, strengthen employee experience, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate workforce data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to execution excellence.
  • Experience driving process improvements, operational efficiency initiatives, and systems implementations.
  • Experience supporting multi-state U.S. employees with a strong understanding of federal, state, and local employment regulations.
  • Strong knowledge of benefits administration, leave of absence programs, accommodations, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Experience administering HRIS platforms such as BambooHR, TriNet, or similar systems and advanced proficiency with Excel and/or Google Sheets.

You Will Get

  • The flexibility of working from our Mountain View, CA office three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday), with the option to work remotely for the remainder of the week.
  • Stock options
  • Full medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) + employer match
  • Access to cutting-edge AI tools, including ChatGPT Enterprise, to enhance productivity, support innovation, and streamline daily workflows
  • Opportunities and development for career and personal growth
  • Strong and experienced leadership that supports your growth and success
  • An open-concept, modern workspace within an inclusive and dynamic scale-up culture
