We’re looking for a Demand Generation Lead — a versatile, hands-on growth professional — to own our enterprise marketing funnel end-to-end. This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing, data-driven AI company and play a key role in building our marketing engine from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
As our demand gen marketing lead, you’ll:
Lead Generation & Funnel Growth
- Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, email, paid media, SEO, content) to generate qualified enterprise leads.
- Build and optimize lead nurturing flows — from top-of-funnel awareness to demo booking.
- Design landing pages, lead magnets, and paid acquisition assets to drive conversions.
Content & Brand Strategy
- Create thought leadership content (case studies, blog posts, webinars, whitepapers) targeting CMOs, Heads of Marketing, and enterprise demand gen teams.
- Collaborate with the sales team to craft tailored outreach and ABM (Account-Based Marketing) initiatives.
- Own the brand voice across all channels, ensuring consistency and clarity of messaging.
Analytics & Optimization
- Track and report on marketing performance metrics (MQLs, SQLs, CAC, conversion rates).
- Continuously test, analyze, and iterate on campaigns to improve ROI.
- Manage the marketing tech stack (HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, etc.).
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Partner closely with the CEO, Product, and Sales to align go-to-market strategy.
- Support product launches, events, and PR efforts to boost visibility in the enterprise market.
Who You Are
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS or tech marketing, ideally targeting enterprise clients.
- Proven track record of lead generation and demand creation in self-directed roles.
- Hands-on experience with paid media, content marketing, and email automation.
- Data-driven mindset with comfort managing KPIs and campaign analytics.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills — you can translate complex tech into compelling narratives.
- Growth-oriented, entrepreneurial, and comfortable being a one-person marketing team.
- Bonus: Experience with AI, martech, or marketing analytics tools.
