We’re seeking an Account Executive to own the full sales cycle - from prospecting to closing new business while driving long-term sales strategies and expanding our market footprint by engaging internal and external stakeholders to align technical and business requirements.

OTE Range: 180,000- 200,000
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle from a lead to a customer.
- Develop a strong pipeline via a combination of inbound and targeted outbound activities.
- Be responsible for the customer’s use of Balance’s capabilities to grow TPV / ARR.
- Manage the leads and deal pipeline in the CRM, keep track of the required data, call out interesting elements, and help derive sales insights.
- Represent the prospect’s perspective in internal workflows; collaborate with marketing, product, and risk teams.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales; Enterprise sales cycles - Advantage.
- Intellectually curious and overall business savvy, can understand a wide array of industries and fluidly move through conversations.
- Ability to execute non-trivial, complex, and interesting deals.
- Excellent analytical skills, and understanding of how to leverage information for actionable insights.
- Proven record of exceeding revenue targets and non-revenue-based goals.
- Experience selling payments - Advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
