About the job:

At Zenity, we view Product Management as an engineering discipline. Being a market-creator comes with a lot of uncertainties. Product Managers are tasked with producing an understanding of the true nature of customer pain points, including a clear picture of the customer’s ability to act taking into account process, people and technology. It must also account for where the company's capabilities currently lie. On top of those, it must hold in mind the vision of where the company and product needs to be in order for the market to really be in a better position to protect low-code/no-code apps. We are seeking a visionary and experienced Vice President of Product with a strong background in security to lead our product development efforts and drive the success of our platform. As the Vice President of Product, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction and execution of our Low-Code/No-Cplatform with a strong emphasis on security.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy and Leadership: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and market trends. Lead and mentor a team of product managers and designers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence
  • Security Value: Leverage your extensive security expertise to embed robust security measures and best practices within the platform's architecture and development processes. Collaborate closely with engineering teams to identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities, ensuring the platform's resilience against cyber threats.
  • Feature Definition and Prioritization: Gather insights from customers, stakeholders, and market research to define product requirements and enhancements. Prioritize features and improvements based on business impact, user feedback, and security considerations
  • Roadmap Planning: Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic objectives, ensuring a balance between security enhancements and usability
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to drive product development from concept to launch, ensuring seamless execution and go-to-market strategies.
  • Market and Competitive Analysis: Stay current with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks for the platform. Make informed decisions by leveraging market insights and competitive intelligence

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) Advanced degrees or certifications in security-related disciplines are a plus
  • 7+ years of experience in product management with a strong emphasis on security
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering security-focused products in a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment
  • Deep understanding of low-code and no-code technologies and their application to security-rich platforms
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and guide cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to balance technical complexity, user experience, and business goals
